Refueling Abroad in EU
Staack enables its customers to obtain fuel at a wide range of partner stations across Europe. Fuel is obtained using the fuel cards issued to the customer by Staack, subject to the terms of the supply and fuel card agreement.
The network of fuel stations available to the customer may change at any time. Changes may occur either at STAACK's discretion or as a result of adjustments to the station network by STAACK's network partner, Tankpool24 International GmbH, including the addition or removal of stations in any country.
STAACK has no influence over changes made to the station network by Tankpool24 International GmbH and assumes no liability for the unavailability of specific acceptance points, or for a reduction in the available acceptance points in an activated country.
STAACK will make reasonable efforts to inform the customer of material changes to the network where this is feasible.

Please note that only magnetic stripe cards and hybrid cards (chip cards with magnetic stripes) can be used for refueling at these stations.
Currently, Staack can offer the following as part of refueling abroad:
a. Diesel
b. Gasoline
c. AdBlue
Refuel with the Staack fuel card:
Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Danmark. For all other countries, please use the Tankpool International fuel card. Further detailed information can be found in the table below.
